Palmyra Arts Fest

Celebrate the coming of Fall in the historic Village of Palmyra. This Village Festival includes an outdoor art market located on Stone Jail St 10 AM-4 PM where you can enter to win one of the door prizes donated by the artists.  Pick up a self-guided historic walking tour map of the Village. Kids’ activities.
